Data sources notice

Subdex displays records held by independent third parties. This notice sets out who they are and what we can and cannot answer for.

Subdex does not control archive completeness, uptime, retention or accuracy.

Arctic Shift

An open-source Reddit archive providing bulk dumps, a public API and a search interface. Operated independently of Subdex. Your browser contacts it directly when you search, which means your query and your IP address reach that service as they would any website.

PullPush

A separate Reddit archive and search service, with its own collection methods, coverage and retention. Also contacted directly by your browser when selected.

What this means

  • These services have their own policies and their own logs. Read theirs; ours does not govern them.
  • They may change, rate-limit, or withdraw access at any time, which can make features here stop working.
  • Neither is operated by, funded by, or affiliated with Subdex.
  • Neither is Reddit. Reddit trademarks belong to their owners.

Removal requests

If you want your own content removed from an archive, contact that archive’s operator. Subdex stores no copy and cannot remove anything on your behalf. Both projects publish removal request processes.
